Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal Tenaga Kerja Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Pontianak City is coordination, integration, synchronization, simplification, safety, certainty and transparency. The survey was conducted in the finance department. In the  payroll implementation, employees still only use Microsoft Excel to calculate employee payroll, still using Excel formulas to calculate employee payroll, and the data is  stored in an online database. not. Finding employee salary data is really time consuming. Relatively long time as the data is stored separately. Payslip printing is still re-entered using Microsoft Excel, so the payslip report created by the finance department must be opened in Microsoft Excel to print the payslip. This is not very effective as it can lead to errors and delays  in creating employee payroll reports. Based on an existing problem, the author came up with the idea to create a web-based application for employee payroll of Pontianak City Human Resources Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. During this design phase, the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Logical Record Structure (LRS) used for database design modeling and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) using figure modeling. Class diagrams and deployment diagrams.
