The process of accepting prospective non-civil servants at the Ministry of Communication and Information has so far been carried out in several stages, starting from reviewing applicants' personal data, interviews to a series of tests that must be carried out. However, in some cases, the process does not consider some of the criteria required by the company, thus allowing for an imbalance in assessing the quality of prospective employees. In supporting the employee recruitment process, a system is needed to support decisions, namely by making a simple application program as an output. The system to be designed is a decision support system to produce a recommendation in accordance with the wishes of the management. In this study the method used is the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method. This is because the Simple Addictive Weighting method is able to select the best alternative from a number of existing alternatives. The Simple Additive Weighting method can help produce the best alternative decisions in making decisions about accepting non-civil servants. And from these alternatives in accordance with the criteria in selecting non-civil servants.
