Abstract

This training aims to improve efficiency and transparency in administrative management in Cipetir Village through the use of an incoming and outgoing mail application. The manual system previously used often caused delays and errors in recording correspondence, which affected the performance of the village government. By utilizing information technology, the village is expected to manage letters more effectively, quickly, and in an organized manner. The training involved village officials, administrative staff, and other related parties. The training methods included theoretical presentations, demonstrations of the application, and hands-on practice by participants under the guidance of instructors. The application used was designed to be user-friendly, allowing all users to operate it without requiring in-depth technical knowledge. Additionally, the training emphasized the importance of data security in managing correspondence to prevent information leaks. The results of the training showed an improvement in participants' ability to operate the application and a better understanding of the digital correspondence workflow. Evaluation was conducted through a skills test following the training and feedback from participants, who overall found the training highly beneficial for the smooth operation of administration in Cipetir Village. This training is expected to be a stepping stone towards the digital transformation of village administrative management.
